Knead to Savor offers fresh made-to-order Persian pastries, Persian Ice Cream and select savory items, based in Atlanta, GA. Every batch is prepared with the highest quality ingredients and sprinkled with love! My passion for baking started at a very young age while playing sous chef alongside my grandmother and mom in the kitchen. I quickly learned all the family recipes passed down from generation to generation. Growing up, my mom always put together the most elaborate dinner tables with all the traditional Persian dishes and desserts for the parties my parents would host at home, Even as a kid I remember the surprise on our guests faces, just in awe of her skills as they enjoyed every heavenly bite of Persian cuisine. I, along with everyone that had the pleasure of sitting at her dinner table, knew that my mom has a special gift in the kitchen with that an innate knack for reinventing dishes and making them her own. It didn’t take me long to realize that her love and passion for cooking had been passed down to me. I was now my mom’s mini-me and the kitchen had become my playground.
